2. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing our website, downloading CRM Garage, creating an account, starting a free plan or trial, subscribing to a paid plan, or using any part of the software, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use CRM Garage.

3. Business use

CRM Garage is intended for business and professional use by garages, workshops, MOT centres, mobile mechanics and related automotive businesses.

You confirm that you are using CRM Garage for business purposes and that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of your business.

4. What CRM Garage provides

CRM Garage may include some or all of the following features depending on your plan:

  • booking calendar and appointment management;
  • customer records;
  • vehicle records;
  • digital job cards;
  • basic invoicing and payment tracking;
  • MOT and service reminders;
  • SMS booking confirmations and customer updates;
  • car-ready SMS notifications;
  • vehicle checks, where available;
  • dashboard and reporting features;
  • software updates and support.

Some features may be unavailable, limited, experimental, changed, suspended or removed where necessary for security, maintenance, supplier changes, technical reasons or product improvement.

5. Account registration

To use CRM Garage, you may need to create an account and provide accurate information, including your name, business name, email address and payment details where required.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

6. Plans, limits and fair usage

CRM Garage plans may include limits for bookings, customer records, job cards, vehicle checks, SMS messages and other features.

Plan limits are shown on our Pricing page or inside the application. We may update plan names, limits, prices and included features from time to time.

Unlimited features are subject to fair usage. Unlimited does not mean abusive, automated, excessive, unlawful or technically harmful usage. We may restrict, suspend or contact you about usage that appears unreasonable, harmful, fraudulent or outside normal garage business use.

7. Free plan and trial use

We may offer a free plan, free trial or testing access. Free access is provided to help you evaluate CRM Garage and may include limited features, usage caps, reduced support or restricted functionality.

We may change, suspend or withdraw free plans or trial access at any time. We are not responsible for any loss caused by reliance on a free plan or trial account.

8. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are charged on a subscription basis unless stated otherwise. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and may be charged monthly or according to the billing period selected.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us and our payment provider to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees, applicable taxes and any add-ons you purchase.

If payment fails, we may retry the payment, restrict access, downgrade your account, suspend the service or cancel your subscription.

9. Price changes

We may change our prices from time to time. Where practical, we will give notice before a price change affects an existing paid subscription.

If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price applies. Continued use after the price change means you accept the new price.

10. SMS messages

CRM Garage may allow you to send SMS messages, including booking confirmations, MOT reminders, service reminders, car-ready notifications and other customer updates.

You are responsible for making sure that any SMS message you send through CRM Garage is lawful, accurate, appropriate and sent with the necessary consent or lawful basis.

SMS delivery depends on third-party networks, providers, phone numbers, customer devices and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee that every SMS will be delivered, delivered instantly or read by the customer.

SMS limits may apply to your plan. Extra SMS bundles may be available. We may block or suspend SMS use if we believe messages are spam, abusive, unlawful, misleading, excessive or likely to damage our service or reputation.

11. Vehicle checks and third-party data

CRM Garage may provide or connect to vehicle check features, registration lookup tools, MOT-related information or other third-party data sources.

Vehicle data may be provided by third parties or public sources. We do not guarantee that vehicle data is complete, accurate, current or suitable for every purpose.

You must verify important vehicle information independently before relying on it for safety, legal, MOT, repair, customer or financial decisions.

Vehicle check limits may apply depending on your plan. If a third-party supplier changes pricing, access, limits, terms or availability, we may need to change, limit or remove related features.

12. Invoices and financial information

CRM Garage may help you create invoices, record payments and track unpaid work. The software is not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.

You are responsible for checking invoices, VAT treatment, tax records, payment status and compliance with your legal and accounting obligations.

You should not rely on CRM Garage as your only financial record. You should keep appropriate backups and accounting records outside the software where required.

13. Your data and customer information

You are responsible for the customer, vehicle, job, invoice and business information you enter into CRM Garage.

You must make sure you have the right to collect, store and use any personal data you add to CRM Garage, including customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, vehicle details and communication history.

Where CRM Garage processes personal data on behalf of your garage, you remain responsible for your own legal obligations to your customers and staff.

Our use of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

14. Data backup

We aim to operate CRM Garage with reasonable care, but you remain responsible for keeping your own backup copies of important business information, invoices, customer records and vehicle records.

We are not responsible for loss of data caused by your device, internet connection, incorrect use, accidental deletion, account misuse, third-party failure or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

15. Software updates

We may release updates, fixes, improvements or changes to CRM Garage. Some updates may be required for security, compatibility or continued use of the software.

We may stop supporting old versions of the application. If you do not install required updates, some features may stop working.

16. Availability and downtime

We aim to keep CRM Garage available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent access.

The service may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, internet problems, hosting issues, payment provider issues, SMS provider issues, third-party supplier failures, security incidents or events outside our control.

17. Acceptable use

You must not use CRM Garage:

  • for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or misleading activity;
  • to send spam, harassment or unwanted messages;
  • to store illegal, offensive or harmful content;
  • to copy, resell, rent, sublicense or commercially exploit the software without permission;
  • to reverse engineer, decompile, modify or attempt to extract source code except where law allows;
  • to interfere with security, access controls, networks, servers or other users;
  • to overload, scrape, automate or abuse the service;
  • to use another person’s account without permission.

18. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your account if:

  • you do not pay fees when due;
  • you breach these Terms;
  • your usage creates security, legal, technical or reputational risk;
  • we believe your account is being misused;
  • we are required to do so by law, supplier requirements or payment provider rules;
  • we stop providing the service or a material part of it.

If we terminate because of your breach, misuse, fraud or non-payment, you may not be entitled to a refund.

19. Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription according to the cancellation process provided by CRM Garage, our payment provider or by contacting us at .

Cancellation normally stops future billing. It does not automatically refund fees already paid unless required by law or expressly agreed by us.

After cancellation, your access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

20. Refunds

Unless required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

We may consider refunds at our discretion where there is a genuine billing error, duplicate charge or technical issue that prevents reasonable use of the service and cannot be resolved.

We do not provide refunds for unused features, unused SMS allowance, unused vehicle checks, lack of business results, change of mind, failure to use the software, or cancellation part way through a billing period unless required by law.

21. No guarantee of business results

CRM Garage is designed to help organise garage workflow, reminders and customer records. We do not guarantee that using CRM Garage will increase revenue, customers, bookings, repeat work, profit or business performance.

Any examples, estimates, marketing statements or screenshots are illustrative only.

22. Intellectual property

CRM Garage, including the software, website, design, text, branding, interface, database structure, features, workflows, logos and related materials, belongs to us or our licensors.

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use CRM Garage for your internal business purposes while your account is active and you comply with these Terms.

You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense or create competing products based on CRM Garage without our written permission.

23. Feedback and suggestions

If you send us feedback, ideas, feature requests or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment to you. This helps us improve CRM Garage.

24. Third-party services

CRM Garage may rely on or connect with third-party services, including hosting providers, payment processors, SMS providers, email providers, vehicle data providers, analytics tools and other software services.

We are not responsible for third-party service outages, errors, price changes, data changes, rules, restrictions, security incidents or termination of access.

25. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect CRM Garage, but no software, website, database, network or internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for using strong passwords, limiting staff access, keeping devices secure and making sure your staff use the software appropriately.

26. Support

We may provide support by email or other channels. Support availability, response times and priority may depend on your plan.

We do not guarantee immediate support, same-day fixes or resolution of every issue.

27. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to the paragraph above, CRM Garage is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We exclude all warranties, representations and conditions to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Subject to the first paragraph of this section, we are not liable for:

  • loss of profit, sales, revenue, business or opportunity;
  • loss of goodwill or reputation;
  • loss of data, records or files;
  • business interruption;
  • loss caused by incorrect customer, vehicle, job, invoice or reminder data;
  • SMS delivery failure or delay;
  • vehicle check errors or third-party data inaccuracies;
  • loss caused by your failure to keep backups;
  • indirect, special or consequential loss.

Subject to the first paragraph of this section, our total liability to you for all claims connected with CRM Garage is limited to the total fees you paid to us for CRM Garage in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

28. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses arising from:

  • your breach of these Terms;
  • your unlawful use of customer data;
  • SMS messages sent by you or on your behalf;
  • inaccurate customer, vehicle, job or invoice information entered by you;
  • your breach of data protection, marketing, consumer, tax or automotive rules;
  • your misuse of CRM Garage.

29. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website.

If a change is material, we will try to give reasonable notice where practical. If you continue using CRM Garage after the updated Terms take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

30. Changes to the service

We may improve, change, limit, suspend or remove features where necessary for technical, security, legal, supplier, commercial or product reasons.

We may also stop offering CRM Garage or any part of it. Where practical, we will try to give reasonable notice.

31. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including internet failures, hosting outages, cyber incidents, supplier failures, SMS network issues, strikes, legal changes, payment provider issues, natural disasters, war, terrorism or government action.

32. Assignment

You may not transfer your account, subscription or rights under these Terms without our written permission.

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another business, for example as part of a sale, restructuring or transfer of CRM Garage.

33. Severance

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will continue to apply.

34. No waiver

If we do not enforce a right immediately, this does not mean we give up that right.

35. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms, except where applicable law gives you mandatory rights to bring a claim elsewhere.
